The fantastic music of ELANE has been enchanting listeners for over 20 years. With their seventh studio album "Blackvale" last year, the band once again surprised listeners with the complexity of their melodies, arrangements and lyrics. In 2023, the four-piece band opens a new chapter and presents "Soundtracks Vol. 1", an E.P. with three new compositions that sound like flawless movie soundtracks. But how do soundtracks fit in with fantasy folk?

On many of their previous albums, ELANE have proven that the combination of folk and soundtrack works very well. In 2019, the band released the official soundtrack for the award-winning board game "The Legends of Andor". ELANE are now continuing this success with "Soundtracks Vol. 1".

Three new pieces:
„Enchantree“ transports its listeners into a world full of magic with its graceful and carrying violin melody and majestic orchestral instrumentation. The harmonious sounds create an atmosphere that captures the beauty and fascination of an enchanted forest.

„Night Talking“ – The piano ballad with a small string ensemble sounds like a modern classic of chamber music. It thrives on its simplicity and the magnetic effect of its fine arrangement. In terms of content, this instrumental is about a woman who tells her lover stories in the dead of night while he sleeps.

"Unicorn" is an emotional journey. The harmonious fusion of harp, flute, cello and mysterious sound effects creates a captivating atmosphere. This piece invites you to explore the unpredictable in wondrous melancholy when you have to let go of deeply connected souls.
